We (The Shirt Butler) have recently completed our 2nd month of using AIA's following services: Google Ads Management, Facebook Ads Management & SEO. Our Google Ads account was quickly optimised and is producing more leads than ever. Very happy with the work done by Hendri on the account so far. Definitely good value for money. Our Facebook Advertising has taken a little longer to gain traction as we have endeavoured to get the right combination of audience, placement and content. AIA have had no problems spending the necessary time trying mutiple campaigns in order to get this right. Again definitely good value for money. SEO is the area which I have given the least focus and that I find the most difficult to measure, hence 4 stars not 5. I highly Recommend AIA. My Google Ads campaigns had been running for years with the help of Google employees. After speaking to Billy from AIA I could see that there were some opportunities for us to be able to track the amount of phone calls and emails we received fromt he camapign so we could try to improve the campaigns performance while tracking the results accurately. Since having given AIA the management of our Google Ads the cost per enquiry has gone down by more than 60% From $152 per enquiry down to $48 per enquiry. We are now getting more than double the business fromt eh same budget. Australian Internet Advertising has also recently launched our new e-commerce site and we are very happy with it. Enter AIA and Billy Polson, by the end of our second month with them all metrics were up including the most important one, sales which grew over 22% month on month. I have marketed my business on the internet for about 12 years now. Over the years, I’ve learnt this industry offers great potential for all businesses but it tends to be full of big talkers and black magic specialists. These people can cost you a lot of money, and cause long term damage to your brand with Google and other platforms. Recently, being dissatisfied with my a provider who again promised the world, I went looking for another Company to provide the winning formula. As always, I ran into the big talkers and spin merchants who promise a lot but deliver very little. Then I found Billy. I liked him over the phone so I decided I would meet him at his office. When I walked in, I noticed Billy had a modern, tidy and orderly office with a number of people hard at work for their clients. I then sat with Billy in front of his computer and he then took me through the systems available to him and how he goes about improving results. He seemed confident that I could achieve a better return on our marketing spend but he made no big promises. He only proposed a common sense, measured and methodical approach and so I went for it. One of the best things Billy said to me was that with other companies, a monthly fee would only buy a certain number of man hours – then work would stop. Billy said he would spend as much time as was required to improve my results. And he has been true to his word. He has spent a considerable time on our campaigns and had already produced terrific results within the first two months with far more clicks at a far lower cost. We are now overrun with work – which is a different but far better problem to have. Not only has Billy worked the file, but he calls me regularly to let me know what’s working and producing results and what’s not. He then gives me alternate courses of action available. For instance, our first Facebook first strategy didn’t appear to be working as hoped so discussed that with me and we changed course. That change had the effect of reducing his monthly fee by half!
